So ive been checking this game out abit and it looks intresting.
Might give it a try just wondering hows the pvp in grps and in general?
Is lvling easy/fun or is it like the daoc crap?
Do you need/want Ze izzy too join you guys? ;P
And finally what classes are you in need of if any?

Yeah, its easy to lvl once you figure out the system

Yeah, we have plenty dps and we have Fuzzy teh masta healor, so we kinda need someone who can takes a hit or two

Conq is both needed and pretty nice class to play as far as Ive heard.

Hope they fix barb soon tbh... as squishy as a rogue and outdamaged by healers.

Does anyone got any input on either Conqurer or guardian? And i havnt got the game yet prolly tomorrow hopefully or so^^

Haven´t played a conqueror yet, so I can´t tell you if he´s any fun to play.

Guardian can take on several enemies and still get away without getting hurt too much (much health, thick armor), but I am pretty sure that there are many other classes which can deal out more damage than he does.

Can´t say what he is like on higher levels, I have stopped playing him at lvl 21 and not touched him since (don´t know why, but I still cannot get too excited about Conan.. still waiting for WAR).

Oki thanks^^ So basicly a heavy tank then.. Which is what u guys need right? Read somewere conq are quite weak as in not being able to take so much bashing?

Btw saw they can use polearm - can you double spec simular to a hero or armsman in daoc or is it like either one spec or the other?

You can use both shields + weapon and polearm, and even switch in battle.

Afaik the talents that you can pick are more like "off" and "deff" rather than "polearm" and "onehandweaponandshield" - polearm would obviously get more boni from off spec. But if I had wanted to play an off tank, I wouldn´t have chosen guardian in the first place, so my path was the deff tree.

Okay, thanks.. So basicly you can use any wep lets say a sword or mace and a shield in the other hand equaly effectivly if u spec in the def tree and u get bonus for all weps thats deff ofc^^ ?

Barbs are like you describe iz, you can specc alittle into 2h for the cc that 2h tree offers but mostly in dw where the dmg lies.

But tbh conq/quardian seems to be most for PvE where mobs actually attacks the shield and plate guy.

In PvP they go straight for healers/dpsers because conqs/guardians arent that dangerous.

Priest og Mitra or Temple of Set is just as needed if you ask me.
Think of them as clerics on steroids, both massive heal and dmg output.
