I got that in the past when I had chars on the server anyway and tried to create a new one.
I think if you try to create a new one during a quiet (non-logon-wait) period you might be ok.

EVERYBODY starts in the same place - Tortage.
After you've finished your First-player quest, you then get sent to your home country for more quests, but I think it's possible to move to any other country's starting area.

Aye - at the beginning, it is quite speedy. I've not spent too much time on it, but I can well believe that somebody who's played a lot over the last 3 days will have been able to reach that. Well, there are 80 levels, so it might be plausable.

I've not seen a stealth class yet...so they must be really stealthy :-) Actuall - all classes can stealth. You are able to put points into a number of abilities each level and stealth is one of them...as well as Searching (I assume - one's ability to spot stealthers). It might be that stealthers get...

...well...it IS possible to strip your char down to a VERY small g-stringy type thing
